The French ministers for Housing and the Public Service visit an intermediate housing development, part of which has been set aside for public servants
On 1 March 2017, Emmanuelle Cosse, Minister for Housing and Sustainable Homes, and Annick Girardin, Minister for the Public Service, visited Asnières-sur-Seine (in département 92), an intermediate housing development, part of which has been set aside for public servants.
Two years after they were set up, the two intermediate housing funds managed by AMPERE Gestion have commissioned over 10,000 units of housing. These first acquisitions validate the initial investment strategy in terms of location, rent levels and the return for investors.
The General Directorate of the administration and public service (DGAFP), the Public services supplementary pension scheme (ERAFP) and CDC Habitat have signed an agreement that will enable public servants living in the Greater Paris region to reserve housing within the FLI intermediate housing fund managed by AMPERE Gestion.
Following the seminar on “House building in the Grand Paris programme”, organised on 8 November 2016 by CDC Habitat and Grand Paris Habitat, André Yché, Chairman of the Management Board of CDC Habitat, explains the importance of residential housing in an article in the weekly newspaper La Tribune (in French only).
The signature of a lending agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) on 21 July 2016 has enabled AMPERE Gestion to secure a credit line of €500 million in funding for its second intermediate housing fund.
