The signature of a lending agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) on 21 July 2016 has enabled AMPERE Gestion to secure a credit line of €500 million in funding for its second intermediate housing fund.
Two years after it was created, FLI (Intermediate housing fund), France’s first intermediate housing investment fund, has been delivering its first operations. The average take-up rate of 80% a few weeks before delivery is a testimony to the attractiveness of intermediate rental housing.
