Two years after it was created, FLI (Intermediate housing fund), France’s first intermediate housing investment fund, has been delivering its first operations. The average take-up rate of 80% a few weeks before delivery is a testimony to the attractiveness of intermediate rental housing.

The residence was purchased off-plan by FLI (Intermediate housing fund), the intermediate housing fund managed by AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat. Rental management services are provided by CDC Habitat Sud-Ouest.
On 11 October 2016, Vincent Mahé, General Counsel of CDC Habitat and CEO of AMPERE Gestion, was awarded “La plume d’or 2016” at the economics and legal writers competition organised by Business and Legal Forum, for his article entitled on “Solvency” published in the French financial newspaper Les Echos last July.
The development consists of 48 units of intermediate housing with rents that are around 15% below market rates.
